BETH CLARK is a Certified Health Coach with Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and a Certified Transform30 Wellness Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association and is currently preparing for her courses as a Master Certified Health Coach. Beth enjoys Inspiring Healthy Living Around the World with One Simple Change at a time. BETH is a Culinary Academy Graduate, who wrapped up her career as a Personal Chef, Chef de Cuisine aboard international yachts and Commercial Chef on ocean going tugs based in the Gulf of Alaska. Her background in meal planning has lead her to a passion for creating a well balanced “right fat” diet that is both nutritious and savory.
